Born and raised in the Brazilian "Texas" (Goiania) but currently living in Auckland - New Zealand working in a Project Management team. Fitness is a whole new world to me! It took me a few years to learn the importance of having healthy lifestyle and adding it to my life/routine. I have been consistent on training since September 2016. Whilst I'm learning quite a lot, my main focus now is to improve these three things: good form, progression (lift heavier and increase strength) and nutrition. In my spare time, I like to train, to study drums, photography, watch films & tv series, hiking, etc. Hitting things with sticks is what I love the most when I am not training or working.
