About Me   

For the past 2 years I've been suffering from Guillian-Barre Syndrome. It is an autoimmune disease that attacks your nervous systems which causes paralysis among other things. I've been going through this for 2 years and I am done letting it take control over my life. I am ok to the point where I can start exercising with some exercise modifications but I am willing to do whatever it takes to strengthen back my body and take my life back. I habe put on a lot of weight due to medication and lack of exercise but am looking to slim down and strengthen my body. I know i have to be patient but as long as I have the knowledge and support i know I can overcome this.
