I started lifting at the age of 12 with a set of 10lb dumbbells and a floor to do push-ups. I was always involved with sports growing up, so I was always in great shape. At the age of 14, I purchased my own bench, barbell, and 300lbs of weight, and for 4 years I worked on getting stronger. I got to college where health and fitness became my passions. I dropped the pursuit of a business degree to pursue nutritional science. I spent hours and hours every day researching what was 'new' in the health industry. In the summer after my sophomore year of college, Mike Rosa and I decided we wanted to share our passion with the world by creating a fitness channel called the Anabolic Aliens (Don't ask how we came up with that!) We want to show the fitness community what we know, and we want to inspire people to pursue our passion in order to better their lives. As 2 natural lifters, we want to show the world that you do not have to take drugs to be aesthetic, strong, or in shape. That is our philosophy. Hopefully, over time, we can spread our influence as far as possible- so we can meet people who share our passion, as well as work together to achieve a common goal.
