About Me
Son of a world champion power lifter (John Gilchist - 2nd: France 1992), I was following a similar path until 2002 when going to Uni to study earth science. Ceased hitting the gym due to irregular employment in 2005 and resorted to smoking, drinking and recreational drugs. Turned my life around in 2012 where I got a career, got a girl and quit the drugs, but continued unhealthy lifestyle until 2015. Stopped smoking in September 2015 and rejoined a gym, with the misses, and have followed a regimented diet and muscle building routine since. Found Scott a few months ago and am on a different level; have noticed massive gains. I will never look back!!
