About Me
In the past two years I have found my true passion for fitness and nutrition. I find it amazing how the body can adapt and overcome all physical feats as long as it is worked hard and maintained with the appropriate fuel. I recently graduated from Cambrian colleges Civil Engineering Technician program last year, but, I have decided to turn my fitness hobby into a career. I will be attending the Physical Fitness Management course next fall to kick of my journey! My new found dream is to help others reach there fitness and nutrition goals while I reach mine!
