About Me
In my mid 20's I was in great shape. I was very active and ate clean. Over the last few years I began to fall into the trap of the fluffy man. That is, work, kids, TV, eat like crap, repeat. A few years of that and now I can't fit into my old pants and I feel ashamed of myself. My 14 year old son asked me a few weeks ago "dad, you used to have a six-pack, right?" His inquiry lit a fire under my ass. I refuse to be the fluffy man any longer!
