About Me
I have enjoyed weight lifting for many years. However, finding good resources without spending loads of money have not been easy to find. Discovering Scott's videos on youtube was great, and has brought back this enjoyment of lifting, losing weight, and feeling good again. His cheat & recover method is very useful especially when you do not have very long to spend in the gym.
