I have always been interested in Bodybuilding, of course I have my dumbbell and bench press set at home that I would randomly use. The last few years I have been more serious about getting into shape, I would hit the weights hard....then lose my way for a few months and then start from scratch again. I have now started a new job that has given me a lot more flexibility to dedicate time to my workouts so I'm giving it one last massive crack to get into shape. I'm interested in building bicep and triceps and shoulders I also have a fair bit of flab around the waist that needs to go. Every single bit of exercise and nutrition advice will greatly be taken on board Please HELP
