Long story short.. I battled with weight and depression throughout my teenage years and was diagnosed with PCOS when I was 15 years old and have continued the struggle with weight loss ever since. I finally reached a place in my life where I decided I didn't to sit around complaining and making plans to change my life but never following through. So here I am.. 6 months into a crazy journey. One that started with me dreading going to the gym to me being there 7 days a week and actually really loving it. Dealing with PCOS and weight loss has always been really trying, I'm hoping that by joining this website that maybe a community full of support will help me see past the numbers that aren't changing and help me keep my motivation. I just started playing racquetball and I ballroom dance.. maybe competitively dance someday in the future. :) Currently a 26 year old grad student, so some days it is hard to fit everything into my schedule.
