Serious broken leg playing football stopped my team sport playing days and introduced me to the gym. Been a serious gym user now for almost 20 years and been making some real gains in the past couple of years with regular 121 with a really good personal trainer. Attend my gym 4-5 times a week but need to step it up with my nutrition - early starts and a long commute to work on the train doesn't help but with use of my fitnesspal and advice from trainer I am getting there - 4 pack now looking for the extra 2 bits. Found Scott on youtube a couple of years ago and subscribed to his channel but recently looking at the website and sure the positive forum and advice and thought I would give it a shot
