About Me   

Always a fit and athletic kid growing up. Never had a problem keeping weight off. I blame my metabolism. But now that I am older. I am a bit tired of being toned, without mass. For the first time in my life, around the age of 25. I have noticed a bit of gain on my muscles. Strictly from my work though. But its motivation enough to know now, if I workout, I will finally be able to see results. I can't wait to get there!
