Hi my name is Alberto back in January I was overweight with 218 pounds, I wanted to make a change so I could feel better about myself I started dieting, drinking so much water throughout the day and I stopped eating junk food I started losing so much weight quickly i reached my goal of 160 pounds then I started working out and eating healthy food so I could maintain that way the only problem is that I ended up with loose skin and I would like to get some help to fix that, I started following Scott's workouts routines on YouTube and then I have seen better results I'm gaining back my strength and muscles which I lose when I was dieting because I wasn't working out
