I've never been a fit person. I did 5 weeks of P90X in 2011. Saw some pretty good results but life got in the way and excuses filled the gaps when life wasn't the reason. February 2016 My buddy and I started going to the gym regularly. We started out pretty good. Worked through a couple routines; 5 weeks, 3 weeks, hypertrophic, HIIT.  In the last half of the year we've fallen into a rut; Mon-Legs, Tue-Chest, Rest, Thurs-Back, Fri-Chest, Sat-Arms. Even more lately I know we're not motivated to even go because we "sleep late" or we're "really sore from that thing I did yesterday." I've followed Scott over the last year and out of all the Fitness Youtubers he was the most compelling and the least full of shit. Hopefully I can get it right this time. Looking forward to joining in challenges and possibly contributing someday.
