After a life long struggle with weight management and a nine year battle with alcohol, I have lost over 80kg. At nine years of age, I was diagnosed with a severe case of Perthes disease, a childhood disorder of the hip joint. I underwent over nine operations, including a hip reconstruction at the age of twelve, and was told I would be in a wheelchair by 21. My incredible determination and mental strength has seen him surpass medical expectations.To this day I am very physically active, I am a fierce Spartan competitor, and a Master Trainer (qualified group fitness and personal trainer). I have devoted his life to transformation. With the help of my Master Trainer partner, Julie Palmer, it is now our mission to empower others to do the same. Through the help of Mr Herman, I have created HWPO Fitness to provide a holistic system to nutrition, exercise and mental focus, and am on a mission to help people regain control, and take that first step towards a happier, healthier life.
