About Me
Serious lifter in high school. Then life took over. Now I am 50 and way over weight. Since November I have lost 35# and started a 12 week body transformation in January. Now I am trying to cut the belly and really start to look good. Goal is to be way better at 50 than I was at 25. BTW went from a size 40 to 34 waist. I haven\'t been a 34 since I was a teen.
