About Me
Long story short: use to love fitness and was in great shape myself. Suffered a torn ACL and torn shoulder Labrum in a span of 1 year, and underwent Physical Therapy for 2 whole years. After, I did INSANITY and completed it and now I want to go back to building muscle and being in shape.
