About Me   

I have always been a small framed person my entire life. I had no upper body strength and prior to stepping into a gym I just did a bunch of cardio for workouts. I walked into a gym then explained that my goal was to be able to do a single push up and gain muscle but not loose weight. Started going to the gym about 5 days a week with a trainer and it was not long at all before I was able to do all kinds of push ups! Now that I got bit by the gym bug I have decided that I am going to start body building and see what my body is capable of.
