About Me
In Oct 2014 I was overweight, diabetic, depressed, sick and nearly dead. I join a wellness program and it changed my life around. Now 6 hard months later I'm totally off all medications, no longer battling depression, energy thru the roof, no longer a DIABETIC!!! Even though my journey wasn't easy, at times I would question what I was doing, I have learned so much about the foods I was putting in my body. Eating healthy, and exercising has gave me a new lease on life.
