Great stuff man!

To determine your body fat percentage, you can either:

If you eat in a very slight caloric deficit, say maybe 150-250 calories, you may be able to make lean gains AND lose fat. You should be eating low carb, high protein, moderate-high fat.

What are your current macros?

Quinton,

People usually recommend you get around 12% bodyfat before you increase your calories. 10-12% body fat is maintainable for the majority of people who eat right and stay active whereas single digit body fat levels are sustainable for a smaller, more genetically gifted portion of the population. It is easier to gain weight back than lose it but once you lose it in a slow and steady fashion and maintain an eating and training regiment you can stick with, it rarely if ever comes back again :-)

You look about 16-17% based on the pic in my opinion.
