I have heard alot of good as well as bad about Mr. Hyde. Ive taken N.O Explode, C4 and several other pre workouts and none of them feel like they are working. Ive considered Mr Hyde but isnt the caffeine Amount in this a little to high? My main concern is with that much caffeine wont there be a huge crash afterwards, or a higher chance of caffeine withdrawls once i cycle off of it.
Another question, is caffeine free pre workout better, or does it really matter? I just need something that works and the closest i got to that was NO Explode but after taking it for so long it even stopped working as good(or so it seemed).

I've never tried Mr. Hyde. If it's overloaded with caffeine, that's defnitely not necessarilly a good thing. Your pre-workout should really only have about as much caffeine as you get from a regualr cup of coffee.
And I'm thinking if the other pre-workotus didn't do anything for you, and you have tried a few, then this won't be any different. Maybe it's just not something you respond to?
You say the N.O.-Xplode worked for a while..maybe you took it so much that you built up an intolerance? Maybe try having it every other day, or only on the days you REALLY need it, so that it stays somewhat effective. Or maybe don't waste your money if they're not working? Haha. It's up to you really.

Thanks, i noticed i got the most energy and good pumps from c4 and NO explode. i probably will back away from the Mr Hyde. the caffeine content in it is crazy high. i was iffy about it from the start but figured why not blow 30 dollars to try it out(: lol
opinions on c4?

C4 is not bad, I like it. Although I am not currently using that preworkout. Haven't tried Mr. Hyde.

You have to take a look into Mesomorph. Probably the bes pre workout available now. Close to the original Jack3d with DMAA.

I personally don't use or believe in pre-workouts. Your body has the ability to provide all the energy you need for your workouts on-demand if you eat properly and rest properly. The key is you need to train your metabolism to produce energy quickly when needed. Pre-workouts don't provide this training as they just rev up your metabolism via stimulants like caffeine and other potentially dangerous chemicals in excess like ginseng. Using a pre-workout is a personal decision and an added expense. I personally don't need or use them and I have trained my body to provide all the energy I need for my intense workouts thru proper nutrition and rest.
