Hey @scott_herman just wondering if I can get your thoughts on my current program while I wait for your new program coming out in January! I'm wondering if there's any exercises I should replace or if I'm not working out a muscle area that I should be working on, and if I should increase the volume anywhere or stuff like that! Thanks very much :D

Looks like a pretty good set up @nonreg!! I like the fact that you included drops too, great way to intensify the workouts! I think this will definitely help you get ready for the next challenge :-)
