Hey @deyin. So I looked on your profile and found your routine.
Looks like you are doing 3 days of arm training, one day of abs and one day with a little bit of calf raises. You need to be working every muscle group, and if your goal is bodybuilding you should be focusing on your compound movements to build a solid base.
Your only 14 so you have plenty of time to grow and develop, and it's great that you're starting early. But you need a bit more structure to your routine. Have you looked at any of the 12 week programs available on the site? It might be best for you to start with the bodyweight workouts, then move onto maybe the Push, Pull, Legs routine with more frequency of training.

@Scott_Herman yes I looked at it but I don't actualy now what compound movements are and the only things I have are on screwable dumbbells were you can screw more weight on but they are big but not heavy and I often hit myself with the dumbbells during an exercise. Do you know any exercises that I can put in my routine with only dumbbels or bodyweight?

@deyin I have an entire 12 week program of workouts and exercises that you can do at home with just dumbbells. There are also a few routines on my YouTube channel if you search 'Scott Herman Dumbbell'.
Some dumbbell exercises that you can do are...
Chest - Dumbbell Bench Press
Back - Single-Arm dumbell rows
Legs - Dumbbell lunges
Shoulders - Dumbbell overhead press
Biceps - Dumbbell bicep curl
Triceps - Dumbbell kickback
Traps - Dumbbell shrugs.
