Hello,

My question since i saw all of the last videos in the youtube channel is if i can implement the cheat and recover method in scott's push, pull, leg routine since i prefer hitting the muscle groups twice a week or is this a bit too much for this method?

Thanks in advance.

You can absolutely do that! I used to do PPLPP (skipped the second leg workout because of the weekend and already having pretty strong legs), and used some cheat and recover (mostly for back/arms, because chest is kinda hard to do and I hate 'resetting' my dumbbells, that's when things get really tricky for me (but once I stabilize them I'm good to press).

overall, I got some good gains, probably going to go back to that PPLPP when I finish my current bulk strength program and start a cut. It works great and I loved C&R sets, they always felt amazing.

Best of luck! Let me know what you think!
