I've been watching your videos on youtube for the past 3 days and I want to thank you for the degree of atention to detail, that you invest in each video. I also like the fact that you're a Natty (funny word choice).
For the last 8 years I've been hearing so many comments about tall people drawing the short stick when it comes to muscle building. I for one consider it hate, but I want to hear you out on this topic, since you seem neutral to body shape and size.
Question:
1. Is the shorter backbone that much better at muscle gain?
2. Can you give me some advice about how to workout and not damage my internal structure?
From the age of 5 till the age of 23, I played about 60% of the "cool" sports and I kind of ended with a high resistance to lactic acid and the muscle fibers seem to get more resilient, not bigger (i'm not complaining, i just want to get a bit bigger).
Final question:
3. How can I get some muscle growth in these conditions?
P.S.: Sorry for my bad english, i'm east european :D
