I am assuming by your picture you are relatively young (<20) and have not been lifting for 5 years or more. If so, no need to worry about bulking and cutting. These are nutritional manipulations best reserved for more advanced and older lifters - 21+ with at least 3-5 years lifting experience. The reason being is if you are indeed under 21, your body is still growing and your hormones are at the highest levels naturally that they will ever be in your life. You should maximize this time and clean bulk. The stress of cutting on your hormones would be detrimental for you at a young age.

 

Build a solid, lean base first and get some years of training under your belt before you jump on the bulk/cutting horse. Just my advice.........

Agreed with John! Got to maximize those years when your t-levels are at their highest!!
