I am new to the site. not sure where too put this. I use youtube to watch and learn. Been watching Scott's videos lately. Getting a lot of good tips from him. I always been big and I was te fat kid all my childhood(mother worked in a bakery). Last 7 years or so I have tried to get my health together. waking up at 260 pounds, heavy smoker and binge drinker. Manage to quit smoking and start running in 2011. Went to the gym and manage to loose 55 pounds. Loved running so I ran  regulary for a few years. finished a full marathon in 2015. Now without goals what next. I looked at my body and I was not happy with it measurement then 220 pounds, chest 45.6 inches and waist 44 inches. Now still 220 pounds, chest 41.7 inches, waist 36.6 inches. Still going. Now going to see what 5 days bodybuilding can do. I am happy with the slow procress, body recomp is a slow procress. I have in this time stopped worried about my weight, but the numbers on the measuring tape tell me more. Cant wait to se what this program can do for me. Finish calculate my macros and ready to go.

@Transform2fit sounds like you are on the right track with your transformation so far! Awesome to hear you quit smoking and congrats on the weight loss so far! Finishing a marathon is an awesome achievement as well.

The 5-Day split will definitely help you see even more progress - just make sure that @mealplan is on point too! That's the key. Look forward to seeing you transform some more! Make sure to upload some progress pics on your profile 😊 And keep training hard!
