Thank you for clicking on this post to try and help me out!

I have the following problem:

I have been working out through a home workout routine (This one to be exact: http://www.muscleandfitness.com/workouts/ultimate-6-week-home-workout) to help me strengthen my muscles and to increase my muscle appearance. It has been going really well because I was able to build up my routine through this program, however now that I am almost done with this program there is still this small layer of fat covering mainly my upper chest and stomach area, and thus hiding the work I have done over the past 6 weeks.

My ideal solution:

A sweet 1-hour(at most) fat burning workout that can be performed twice a week for a duration of 4 to 6 weeks(depending on my results). I know that this would be my ideal solution because I already live a healthy lifestyle where I eat rather healthy.

Some info about me:

Age: 18
Height: 1 meter 80 cm (6 feet tall)
Weight: 75kg (Around 150 pounds)
Injuries/restrictions: None.

Available gear:
Incline exercise bench (Standard 4 different sets of incline)
Dumbbells (10 pounds, 15 pounds, 20 pounds, 25 pounds and 30 pounds per hand)
Ab-wheel.

I hope that anyone can help me with any general advice or a clear workout routine.

Thank you for reading!

Cheers,
Christopher

Eventhough it is the caliber I am looking for, I am looking for something that I can do at home with the gear that I already have. (Added to main post now)

Why don't you try doing my 12 week home program? the workouts are 20minutes long... but you can repeat them TWICE a day for an INSANE workout. Have you seen them yet? http://muscularstrength.com/12-week-challenge-workouts
