Hi Guys I am 75kg and 172cm. Still have a lot of fat on my belly and chest. I am not really a serious lifter but doing a lots of sprts: martial arts and cycling. Using some pictures for comparinson I'll suggest I am at 25% body fat. I use a speed rope in my training between sets and going to the gym regulary since years (3 to 6 times a week, not including other sports). What will you suggest to help me go to the bellow 15% body fat mark?
