Hey there everyone,  I've been a fan of Scott for awhile now. It seems that all of the weight loss information is related to people already in great shape who need to lose about another 10lbs or so to get ripped. But what about someone who needs to lose 100lbs.

Getting started and staying motivated is very difficult for a guy my size.

Does anyone else have this issue? I'm not everyone here is already shredded, right?

Thanks!

Hey @Kjwiley92, the information I give is for everyone really - losing weight, whether it's going to be 10lbs or 100lbs is the same. If you're looking to lose 100lbs, you might be able to do it a bit quicker, but just because you have more weight to lose doesn't mean you want to do it way faster, because that's an easy way to end up with loose skin. You might have some anyway with that much weight to lose, but it still needs to be slow to minimze how much loose skin there is - so a 250-500 calorie deficit (or maybe up to 800-1000 for a short period) is your best bet.

And motivation has to come from within.. I can motivate you as much as I can with my videos and content etc., but you also have to have that motivation to change yourself.. think about why you're doing it.. there must be a reason pushing you right? :-)

Hope that helps man, and if you haven't seen the two videos below, check them out to learn about setting up your macros for your weight loss.
