Hello, Please read through my info below.

Age :21

Gender: Male

Sports: Soccer

Goal:

Activity level: 3 times gym , 1soccer training and 1 jogging.

Height: 178cm (5'10)

Weight : From 72.4kg to 69kg

BodyFat %:From 18.5% 16%

Lean Body Mass :From 55.8 to 54.9kg

I have a dilemna : Start to clean bulk or continue to cut

Look skinny now and still have little belly fat.

I am worried if I continue to cut I will be very skinny and will be very weak on the field.

However, people say dont bulk if the bodyfat% is above 15%...

@Thejourney if you feel skinny now but with a bit of a belly, you are probably skinny fat, which means you should get back into a bulk. Sitting at 16% bf is fine if you're skinny fat. You just need more muscle mass in order for the bodyfat percentage to drop down a bit more.

Based on your data you should be skinny fat just like Scott mentioned. I was at that dilema too. Bulk! Eat in 250 - 500 Calories surplus and lift hard. You will definetely see growth. Winter Season is on so you have plenty of time to get back cut in Summer. Thats how I do it. And count those calories. You are probably undereating like everyone else who is skinny fat. Stick to it and don't switch up because you feel frustrated. Your body needs time to change!
