Ok so in this scenerio you can only work out 2 days a week witch means your splitting full body between the 2 days
Now the question is you only have time for 1-2 exercises per body part or muscle and still tryign to gain strength
What are your choises? My picks
1-2 exercises Chest? 2 Bench Press/dumbell fly
1-2 exercises Bicep? 2 cable curls/ dumbell curls
1-2 exercises Tricep? 2 dips/ skull crushers
1-6 exercises Back? 3 deadlifts/Pull ups/rows
1-2 exercises Shoulder? 2 overhead barbell press/ bent over somthing its called lol
1-4 exercises Legs? 3 legg press/ squats, thigh abductors
1-2 exercises Grip? 2 dumbell hold/farmers walk
1-4 exercises Abs? 3 abs cruch machine, leg lifts, russian twist
If thats all you could limit your exercises to that many per week what woudl you choose?
