Hey,

A friend and I have been bulking since the new year, I was hitting about 3500 calories a day and within that was 200g of protien. I've gained about 9kg and now weigh 102kg and we've both made decent strength and size gains. We're beginning to think about cutting but neither of us have much experince in this - we're concerned that we'll just end up back at square one. We're naturally both skinny and I feel like I don't want to lose any of the gains we've made. Any tips or thoughts would be really appreciated...

Were both over 6ft if that makes a different and we're vegetarians - sorry, I feel like I'm not making this easy.

Thanks Guys.

Cut calories with about 100-200 pr day or pr 3-5 days untill you reach the cutting calories you will be maintaining the rest of the cut. If you drop weight to quickly, up the calories again (coz then you are losing muscle). If you lose steady and easy keep the calories there untill you do not lose anymore, then cut the calories a bit again.
