Hi everyone
before i start my workout i feel perfectely fine and nothing wrong..
but five-ten miniuts into the workout i feel really angry
and i actually use my anger to perform during the workout..i quite like it
but i wounder why do i get that angry ? is it bad or something ?
after the workout i feel relaxed and peaceful..
is there something wrong ?
