I'm 18 and i've been doing bodyweight excersises for strenght for the past 17 days . Im above newbie level but not by that much . i still have an amount of bodyfat that annoys me . my lower stomach hasn't changed all that much . I love the idea of strenght training and that's usually my main goal . But i've entered the 12 week challenge and I really wanna have a good chance of winning . My question is by the end date of the challenge which is 9th of April will bodyweight training for muscle really have that big of a difference in terms of how I look or will my body have a closely simillar look with bodyweight strenght training . I know that i'm gonna make gains no matter what training i do because im kind of a newbie but will the difference be all that big that it would hinder my chances in the challenge .
