hello guys

is there any test i could do to see if i have any imbalances on my shoulders? or even if there's not,could you guys recognise any imbalance on my shoulders if i post pics? (if yes,let me know if you want them relaxed or flexed)

Do you mean a strength imbalance or muscle imbalance? When i had my shoulder checked out ages ago, my right arms outward rotation was really weak compared to my left!

well you can fix muscle imbalances out in time with consistant training i guess!

 

my tip for delts anyway is make sure you focus on those rear delts! Mine were neglected for ages, and ended up giving me problems and ended up gettingphysio and all sorts! front delts get hit on a ton of different training days so just make sure you are hitting the mid and rear as equally!
