I used to use yellow bullet which I liked very much. This is also a great product that's been working for me. For many years Ive struggled to lose a few pounds to get leaner and Lipodene is now my new bff to help me get there. Ive been taking this for 4 weeks and prior to starting on November 5th, I weighed in at 178lbs (I am 5' 8"). I am proud to say that on today November 25th writing this, I am now weighing in at 162lbs!!!!! (lost 16lbs in one month!) I am so happy because I have not seen that number on the scale in over 10yrs!

Lipodrene really curves my appetite and with the help of changing some things on the menu by opting for more "green" in my plate because I was determined to give this a try, I saw that my weight was slowly shedding and my clothes were fitting better. Even my friends noticed in my face and neck where I have slimmed down and that makes me felt really good so much that I will continue this and plan to reorder another bottle very soon.

Anthony,

I commend you on your progress and your commitment to losing weight. I can only imagine how hard it is especially if you have any food cravings or you have had to modify your diet to an extreme to see the results. I would, however, not rely on nor use fat burners and other "magical" fast weight loss supplements. They are dangerous and often contain illegal/banned substances or substances that, while legal and natural, are not safe in the long term. Lipodene contains ephedra which is powerful but also potentially dangerous to your heart and nervous system when used continually. The problem is everyone's body is unique so you will never truly know if/when any damage has been done.

Part of the reason you have lost weight is because you modified your eating and are having more "greens" as you highlighted. This in combination with the exercise you are doing will increase your metabolism and since you are eating less calories you will lose weight. The ephedra is artificially cranking up your body temperature and metabolism further and curbing your appetite artificially. This will aid in faster weight loss but it is a double-edged sword and not healthy. The minute you stop using it your body will "compensate" by slowing down your metabolism even more than normal and cranking up your appetite. The body likes natural equillibrium and if pushed too far out of wack it overcompensates to bring back equillibrium. This is why steroid users lose a lot of what they have gained because their hormone levels were pushed so artificially high that when they are gone the body doesn't return to normal hormone levels but rather an equal proportion less than normal as what the steroids increased levels above normal.

I am not trying to discourge you but rather show you a path that is sustainable. Using fat burners is not sustainable for long term weight loss and weight maintenance. Only thru proper nutrition and exercise can this be obtained. Ultimately it is your choice as to how and what you want to do. I am just offering advice as an impartial observer.
