If you are bulking no, coz u eat a lot so u dont need it. If you are cutting, it can be worth it since it gives you the bcaas you are not eating. Overall worth it ? No, coz you dont really need supplements at all, its a decision.
What about stuff like fish oil tablets?
Fish oil tablets are a unnecessary - eat oily fish to get your Omega 3's. Unless you are allergic to fish, it is always best to get nutrients naturally.
As for BCAA's, they are one of the few supplements I use. As William pointed out, when eating a wholesome diet with plenty of complete proteins (meats, egss, fish, dairy) you will get plenty of BCAAs. They are essential when training fasted and adding them in to your supplement regimen is a personal choice. I use them post workout to get some readily available Leucine as it is the most anabolic amino acid out of the 9 essential amino acids.
