Hi everyone

winter is coming,and i need tips/advice on how to lose excess fat over the winter..

espicially with diet and food (what to eat and when)

i'm a male and i weigh 110 KGs, i'm 170 cm tall

any help will be much appreciated

Hey @Vanqu!!

 

Losing fat is all about manipualting your diet, and adding some high intensity circuits and cardio to your routine.

 

You need to be in a caloric deficit. Eating about 250-500 calories less than your maintenance number of calories is a good starting point. Have you seen my video about building your meal plan? That explains how to set up your macros for cutting fat or building muscle. I'll post it below.
