Hi!

I'm currently doing the 12 weeks challenge, and I realised last week that my gym doesn't have any boxes, nor stools :/ I know it sounds kind of weird, but I guess Japanese gyms don't really prioritize these kinds of settings...

There are mats, and I have tried doing my jumps by piling mats up against a wall, but even then the pile is shaky at best, and I don't have enough mats available to go very high (most mats are used for classes in the building, such as yoga, stretching, etc.).

My question is: is there an alternative to box jumps?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Do you think you'll be allowed to jump on the benches? That would be my suggestion. Otherwise it is really hard to get the same effective ness of a box jump without somthing to jump on :-/
