Hey,

A friend and I have just come out of an 8 week cut, we've both lost about 6kg and aesthetically we do look better. Today we decided we'd test out our PR's to see where we are and as expected we've both lost strength. We'd really like that strength back. What do you guys reckon is the best way to go about doing this?

Macro wise we're sat at about 260g carbs, 240g protein and 112g fat, this comes out around 3150 calories.

Cheers

Muscle memory will be a huge part when you guys up your intake a little above maintenance and start lifting heavy again. You should regain a bit of strength back rather quickly.

I have been training coming up on 6 years and have made some great gainz. I've done a lot of trial and error on myself as well as learned from others and through research online. I've come along way in strength and size since I've started. I will continue to learn and make myself better each day. MS Athlete/Super Hermanite BEING CHALLENGED IN LIFE IS INEVITABLE, BEING DEFEATED IS OPTIONAL.
