I am getting great results in the PushPullLegs program but I got sick a week ago and am still sick. I haven't been to the gym in a week and I don't want to lose my gains.

At home, I have 30lbs dumbbells, 50lbs kettlebell, and a pullup bar. What can I do to keep my gains until I can get back to the gym?

You can go at least two, maybe three weeks without working out and not lose your gains. If you're sick it's probably best just to keep resting. I know from personal experience how hard that can be. If you're going to insist on working out, maybe use it as an opportunity to deload. If you still feel like crap because you're sick, there's a good chance you'll just have a crap workout and in the end feel even crappier, lol.

Rest and eating is the best thing you can do. You may look a little flat but that is due to the muscle glycogen being low. Once you feel better and can start back, everything will get back to normal. Training while sick can do more harm than good.

Depends how sick you are.. if it's just like a bit of a cold, some sniffles, a little cough or a scrathcy throat.. I would say you can start working out again slowly.

If you have something more serious like the flu or a virus or vomiting or anything like that, just keep resting and wait until the sickness has passed before you get back to working out. If you can stay lightly active by going for a walk or something that's fine, but nothing strenuous.

If you can keep eating well and at maintenance, then that will be the best thing you can do to maintain your gains, but as has already been said, you won't have lost them overnight and once you get back into a routine, any weight/strength you did lose will come back soon enough. Check out this video too.
