Hi Scott,

I'm doing the 5 day split programe (the 12 week challenge). After workout 4 (Hamstring), I have alway experienced mild to sever lower back pain, which interfers me to do ab & obliques workouts. I've started using workout belt, but that does not help much. And I have been very careful with my form for deadlifts. 

Should I skip deadlifts? Or maybe do the two deadlift excercise without burns?

A bit information about myself:

  1. Age: 30
  2. Height: 5'9
  3. Weight: 164
  4. Bodyfat %: 18
  5. Goal (Muscle Gain, Weight Loss, Strength Gain, etc)
  6. How long you have been exercising: 3-4 years
  7. Daily calories: not sure
  8. Daily macros in grams (protein, carbs, fat): not sure
  9. Injuries or restrictions: no injuries before
muscular strength
