I've been surfing around the internet and youtube and there are so many techniques on how to fix anterior pelvic tilt that I don't know which ones work or what the concensus is more generally. I would love to see Scott make a video on fixing this issue.

Hey Rigo!
I actually have the script ready for that video!
I'll probably film this or next week.
However until then, what you need to do is start performing some stretches and some strengthening exercises.
You need to STRETCH: Quads, Hip Flexors, Lower Back
You need to STRENGTHEN: Lower Abs, Hamstrings, Glutes
And you need to be doing exercises like those several times a day and definitely before your workouts in the gym.
If the video is not released in 2 weeks, hit me back and I ll give you more details.
Let me know if you understand what I m saying so far. What you have is simply a muscular imbalance.
