Goal: Gain Muscle

I'm a skinny fat person. I'm currently doing workouts every alternate day- 3 times a week. I have not included any cardio here. My goal is to get a flat stomach and not get bulked up. I want to be like Tom Holland not Dwayne Johnson lol. Should I continue doing that or should I increase my workout days up a bit?
