I know my BF is a bit high so u can't really see good definition, but I want to know if any parts r lagging or should be focused on

my goal is kinda old school physique (wide shoulders & lats, narrow tight waist) and shooting to naturally participate in men's physique

what I think:

lagging parts: traps & biceps

parts I want to bring out more but r not "necessarily" lagging: rear delts

parts that r not lagging but I'm working on them to achieve my goal physique: side delts & lats

overpowering parts: front delts

what do u guys think? am I right? tell me ur opinions :)

and if there r particular poses u wanna see to judge better just tell me

Mina,

You have great shoulder and lat width and your biceps have long muscle bellies which means you can add decent size. It looks like you are on your way to your goal and you just need to get your body fat down so you can see what the remaining muscle sizes will be. Rear delts are best built with heavy back work like rows and pull-ups versus concentrated rear delt exercises. The same for biceps although concentrated bicep exercises are key for size, uniformity, and peak.

If you feel your front delts are overpowering, do more dumbell chest work versus barbell. Dumbells concentrate more effort on the chest muscle fibers than barbell bench pressing for the most part.

As John altready said, you look very well on your way to reach your goals.

I also think your chest needs more work, as it visually falls back in size in comparison to the other muscles. Your lats and arms are great already and will be defined to the point in no time :) And when going with John's tip about teh dumbbells for the chest exercises you should see an increase in those too.

Buuuuuut .. here comes the question everyone hates... ^^.. what about your legs ? I don't see no legs ! :P

Don't forget to remember how important training legs is, eventhough they might be covered mostly with pants and noo one sees them. But legs are what gives you the most growth hormone output when being trained, leg exercises such as deadlift etc also give you not only great legs but also a great back and traps, and good core stability.

So on the next update we wonna see some big legs too =D

I think you are at a great start my friend! What it is going to take now is a proper meal plan and program. Are you doing the 12 week challenge?

Thanks a lot for ur replies guys :) Of course when body fat comes down it will be much clearer

I know chest needs some attention and am working on it

As for front delts, I meant overpowering in size compared to side and rear delts. Problem is that when I started I was doing lots of front presses and military presses which focused a lot on front delts and before I knew they were already dominating, which is something I'm working on

As for side delts, I don't think they r wide or round enough, they may be strong and conditioned though

What do u guys think about traps?

And u r right about legs, will be sure to include some legs shots soonwink but don't worry my legs r not laggingcool

I'm not sure if it's the picture or the lighting but the rear picture makes it look like your left shoulder is a little asymmetrical especially on the rear delt, teres group. Are you doing single arm exercises or aread you doing mostly bilateral exercises?

tbh I'm not sure about thaht so maybe I can try different lighting to see for sure. however my delts really r a bit asymmetrical; the right one is more conditioned and the slope of the traps is slightly different but size is the same.

about arms, my biceps exercises r mostly single arm ones, because I feel the muscle better this way
