8 month transformation

Here is my 8 month transformation from consistent lifting and nutrition. Please feel free to comment on which areas I need to improve on and overall advice through this process.

Holy shit......amazing work in 8 months. My advice would be keep doing what you are doing as you have found what your body responds best to. The biggest mistake people make is adjusting training/nutrition when not needed.

I have not measured my current stats at all tbh. Since I want to compete in physique or classic physique normally I focus on the appearance more than the size. But currently I am 6 foot at 203 with 32 size pants lol.
