Hey Scott,

Can you check out my squat form. Here is the link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PZUEsNWCjUI

Thanks,

Jackson

Hey Jackson.

You need to go lower. You have the form right in terms of keeping your chest up and your back straight, but you need to get lower if you want to maximize the benefits of your squats. Lower the weight, and start going lower and lower. Make sure you keep your current form on point though.

I would drop the weight man you can't work squat if you are doing weight that you can't go 90 degrees with your legs. try going wider with your legs that may help since you are taller. I am about 5'10" and I go wide on my squats and deadlifts and I kill it. I also put the weight lower on my back because it is more comfortable to me. Yes, Scott is very right you need to go lower, keep your chest out, and keep your back straight to prevent injury. Keep up the good work and use lower weight bro the gains will come with time. Good luck!
