I dont mean to sound rude. But what advice do you want.... ? If you cant follow a diet that means you cant eat the meals that we would have suggested. Why cant you follow a diet ? Budget ? Time ? It is very inexpencive to eat healthy, but you would have to be willing to sacrifice taste.

If you cant follow a diet, make sure you eat at least healthy food. What I mean by that is that you should try to watch your daily intake of Carbs, Protein and healthy fat. Meal prep is not that difficult either. If you cook once or twice a week you can store your food at the fridge. Its easier and cheaper than eating out.

Hey man.

What does your current day of eating look like? Macros? Calories? Have you been to the @mealplan page to calculate what you need?

Also, have you downloaded the app so you can use the meal planner there to search for ready-made meal plans?

Aside from that, here's some general ideas for your foods...

Protein - Chicken, fish, beeft (meat in general), eggs, milk, cheese, yoghurt (dairy), beans.

Carbs - Rice, sweet potatoes, fruits, vegetables, wholegrain bread, pasta.

Fats - Oily fish, nuts, oils, peanut butter, avocados.

Hope this helps!
