Hey @Mikebhardwaj007.

I'm not a vegetarian myself, but I will do my best to give you some good food options for your style of eating.

For your protein, which is most important, you should try to focus on things like beans and tofu and soy products. Get yourself a protein powder if you need to - pea or soy would be OK for you. Also, as a vegetarian, do you eat dairy? Like milk and yoghurt and cheese? Because they will be other good sources of protein.

For your carbs, your options are endless really, and it looks like you are doing OK there.

For fats, focus on oils, nuts, peanut butter and vegetables like avocados. That should help you with your fat.

Have you been to the @mealplan page to calculate what your macros should be for your goal? And have you downloaded my app so you can use the meal planner? You might be able to find some ready-made vegetarian options there.

Post again here with your macros you should be hitting and let me know about the app :-)

Also, make sure you post future questions in an appropriate @forum thread. This for example would be best in DIET & NUTRITION :-)
