I have really been enjoying this shred challenge win or lose I am enjoying the gains I am making with my upper and lower body. I am crushing weights with less injuries. I am also really enjoying the hypertrophy, endurance, and strength training built into the workout plan. The circuit training in each workout is killer and after this month man than gains are coming Scott and thank you for this challenge. Keep the workouts coming and I will ensure I will keep the gainz going as well to brother.

Hey Scott

My name is Killian, I met you at your talk in the gym in Temple Bar last week when you recommended some supersets I could do to develop my arms. Thanks for all the education you provide about a healthy body and mind. I am just wondering if you could help me out? I've been training your for about two years now on and off. I have bulked and cut as instructed.

Looking in the mirror last night I was a bit disappointed with my results after all the disciplined living, eating and training. I am especially disappointed with my chest development, I would like to hit it twice a week but don't know how to en-corporate it into my training program. I am tempted to forget about training my legs (I live in Ireland, who is ever going to see them??) but know you don't recommend this. What if I just forget about squatting and just do lunges and romanian deadlifts on leg day?

I have attached my training schedule. Could you recommend how to fit in two chest days per week please?
Thanks Scott!!

I train with a very similar routine. I hit Chest/Tris, Back/Bis, Legs, and then Chest/Shoulders. My chest is underdeveloped since I was an athlete (but didn't lift) for most of my life (24 now) so I never developed it but I do have great shoulders/legs/triceps (which are the most "functional"). Nevertheless, try adding in chest once more in the week. It's been working great for me, maybe try it out and get a better/bigger chest.

It is also important to focus on strength to revamp your body and hit higher sets. Maybe it's just time you switch back to strength for a while and then pick it back up with muscle traning.
